Used and Abused
Used and abused, and you nearly broke my will,
But look over my way and you'll see I'm standing still,
You cannot have anymore than you have tried to steal,
I am making my way forward and some joy I can now feel
Used and abused of everything my body soul and heart,
What you did nearly destroyed me.. Made me fall apart,
But never again will I let you take anything from me,
For now I can become everything that I was meant to be.
Used and abused but you have given me the strength inside to shine,
And now I take back everything that you took of what was mine,
My life, my heart, my soul, my all and with everything I can be,
I walk away from what you did and I know now I am free,
