One of my poems "PERFECT IMPERFECTION" was just recorded as a song by a very talented musician named Tom Cerrigione. Please click on the enclosed link and let me know what you think --- thank you and God bless you all

I would like to thank fellow AP poet "ea" --- to whom I am and shall always be eternally grateful --- for creating a song from one of my poems: "A MAN NAMED WESLEY"
I thank you from the bottom of my heart and the depth of my soul.
If you have the time,I would sincerely appreciate your taking a moment to listen to her rendition and offer your praises and/or criticisms.

I would also like to take this opportunity,as it is both an honor and a privilege,to introduce you to my new AP daughter
REINHARDT-NAPOLEON!
Here is a poem that I dedicated especially for her:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MY LITTLE GIRL
I read her poems, she reads mine --- word by word, line by line
That's how our lives intertwine and I'd like all to know
Her name is Jo or Josephine and, as of now, her age is fifteen
In Germany's where she sets her scene and the States are where I go
We've never met face-to-face but, with our words, we embrace
In this online poetry place --- but it's all right, though
We've grown as close as two can be, my daughter and I here at AP
And there's no need for us to see each other, our hearts show
With our hearts we communicate all of our thoughts, so we simply wait
For the other to set a date to let our feelings flow
With our poems is how we share what's in our souls, how much we care
Even if we can't be where the other's grasses grow
Somewhere halfway round the world, in her bed all snug and curled
Sleeps and dreams my little girl and I love her so
Between our lands mountains rise, oceans run but the very same sky's
Watched with my and my little girl's eyes...this poem is for you, Jo
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am sincerely touched by her doing this, not only because it is quite a distiction to be recognized by someone as being worthy of such a title as "father",but she is someone whom any man would be proud to claim as theirs --- she is a very nice person,as well as a talented writer with a true gift for the poetic form and I highly recommend each and every one of you to view her work at:
http://allpoetry.com/reinhardt-napoleon
And here is some writings that she dedicated to me:
http://allpoetry.com/poem/3317354
(She calls these "picture poems" --- I have no idea how she makes them, but they're absolutely beautiful)
http://allpoetry.com/poem/3529958
Jo,in all sincerity, you're greater than I could ever aspire to be and I love you from the bottom of my heart and depth of my soul
With regards to my writing,I write whatever comes into my mind --- whether it's on the spur of the moment or after many long ponderings; what I write is simply and purely me without disguises. My writing style is lyrical in nature and inspired by such greats as:
Lewis Carroll ----------------------- Johnny Cash
Harry Chapin ----------------------- Kurt Cobain
Jim Croce ----------------------- John Denver
Neil Diamond ----------------------- Bob Dylan
Dan Fogelberg ----------------------- Robert Frost
Sir Elton John ----------------------- Kris Kristofferson
John Lennon ----------------------- Sir Paul McCartney
Jim Morrison ----------------------- Willie Nelson
John Prine ----------------------- Chris Rea
Edwin Arlington Robinson ------------- Bob Seger
Shel Silverstein --------------------- Rod Stewart
James Taylor ------ Neil Young ----- Warren Zevon
I hope you'll come by and check out what I have to offer and it is my sincere desire that you enjoy my work.
