I used to stick to the Couplets of 8 and 6 beats, I don't know why, it just came out of my mind that way. Now I experiment a little more. I try to comment on a lot of poems and give good insightful advice, even if I focus on something that may not exactly be the Author's intent. I like to write so that the reader develops their own interpretation, but within the parameters the poem sets. I love critique, in fact I enjoy put downs versus praises so long as there is reason behind them, so be as harsh as you can.
