Life Update:

Ah, things are swell. =D  I am due to deliver on April 9th (*points to tummy*), right-O, mate!

Currently I work at American Express and I work Monday, Thursday Friday Saturday (have Sunday's Tuesdays and Wednesdays off yay!).  It's full time, I just work four ten hour days instead of five 8 hour days.

I work from 5:30am to 4pm, which will have to change once I go back to work after baby leave, since daycares do not even OPEN til 6am.

I usually spend a day (or two) out of the week in Mesa with my family (they live 50 miles away, so I'll usually spend one night out there with them and have breakfast with my parents in the morning--not gonna drive 100 miles round trip in one day lol).

My husband and I have been married now for almost a year and a half!

We are doing well.  He got us a puppy just recently, American bulldog/Australian shepherd mix.  He's only 11 weeks old, he's so cute!  We named him Tyson.  I like to call him my little-shitting-machine. ;-) That puppy craps more than a baby, and thank GOD I can put a diaper on my child.  Apparently PetSmart doesn't sell puppy buttplugs....if only. LOL.

When I'm at home, my downtime is usually spent watching any of the following: House, Family Guy, Scrubs, Friends, or Seinfield.  House, Family Guy and Scrubs are by far the favorites, and Seinfield has grown on me over time, lol.  I also play a lot of Oblivion (XBOX). Yay for video game nerds!

I hang out with a few close friends one or two nights a week.

I have my natural hair color now for the first time in 9 years! Woohoo! My hair is like.... boy short almost.  Whodathought I actually like my natural hair!  I got tired of my hair getting crispy and feeling like straw.  I wanted healthy hair again.  It's hard though.. .dying ones hair is... well, a sickness.  Yes, I suffer from addiction to dye.  So, basically every time I get "the Itch", I call my hubby and have him remind me that he digs my natural color and doesn't want me to dye it.  I love having hair that moves LOL, hair that feels like real soft healthy HUMAN hair! Imagine that!

Pregnancy has been great.  Not sick, no risks, no problems and I'm significantly below the average weight gain for pregnant women.  Many gain 30 to 50 pounds, and I'm in my 37th week now (3.5 more weeks) and I've gained  only 15 lbs since the beginning and it's aaaalllll baby!  Everyone has told me that I don't look pregnant at all, other than my tummy being big.  My arms, face, legs, etc are all still normal, no swelling or fat.  Yay!  And a lot of this weight I'll lose just on the day I give birth!  So this gives me confidence I'll be able to lose the baby weight no problem. This is all very good and surprising since I just assumed that my genes would cause me to gain like 50 lbs if I ever got pregnant.

Well, I think that about sums up all the updates.

This is me.   I'm just real.  =P

I try to say I like a lot of different kinds of music, and I have songs in various genres I like, but my love is Rock .  I'm pretty much exclusively [ rocker] .  Always will be.  It's in my blood , in my family.

I love life . 

I'm pregnant. It's a boy--His name is Christian Mark Van Dormolen.

My favorite dessert is mint chip ice cream.

Ask me about Halo, Alter Bridge , politics , football , or rock music in general, you will, I promise, open a can of oh-my-god-will-this-woman-ever-shut-up.  You were warned. Everyone has their passions, their I-can't-shut-up-abouts and their Don't-get-me-starteds, and those are mine.
