Emily, you spin lovely tapestries of all the right words and I think you should attempt a contest without pre-writes. Look for a contest that's image inspired- you can interpret art and pictures and think of brilliant metaphors.

Yes amethyst understanding- I don't know what it means, I didn't choose those words, but it sounds sparkly and shiny so who's complaining? Last week I was an emerald dog. It changes as you comment more people. Thank you for your very sweet commentary :]]
