Concerning Jesus:
Demons submitted to Him.
Seas stilled before Him;
Upheld Him.
Stones desired to hail Him.
Death could not hold Him;
Yet, His own received Him not.
I put this here, because He is who I am about.
I would like for those here to read what I have and rate them; give me some feedback, please, thank you.
By the way, besides poetry as a hobby, I play percussion, to include the drums, and I sing as well. I'd like to write some music, soon.
Update on music ventures:
Since November of 2005, I have been the drummer of a band that does most of its ministry with those in prison or jail, with a few privileges to play for those in church and anyone else willing to listen to us. My home church has shown interest in recording us, and we have been recently writing our own material, some of which is here. Lord willing, there will be a tape that we can give to those we minister to in prison.
My hope is that the tape will glorify the Lord. It is not my interest to make any money from the album.
Update: 2-23-07:
We just recently begun recording our own original material. Last night, I went in first to lay down the drum tracks.
Please pray that all we do would be of a glorifying attitude toward the Lord. He alone is the reason we are able to do this.
Update: 11-16-07:
Our recording of originals is almost done. 5 of the 6 songs we've done have been mastered. Almost there!

About the nickname "TheM0of"
I got the name from when I first came online through a personal computer. I soon learned about chatting online, and how when a person got bumped offline, when they came back would say they got "moofed".
I soon took the name for myself because by my own actions I would bump myself offline from the life the Lord has for me. The name has a "zero" in it because apart from Jesus I'm a "zero". I come back into the life of His through Him alone.
That's the reason for "TheM0of".
