I have written some poetry in my life ... mostly private. I have mostly written songs, some that have been recorded in a limited way. I have never tried to promote anything. As with most people, I too find I think less of what I write than I think of what others write. We all, I think, have that inner doubting of being 'good enough' for others in some area of our lives.
At this stage of my life, I find myself defined by what I do ... I want to change that, so that I become defined by who I am in Christ. Its gonna' take a long time ... but gotta' start somewhere, eh?

Once I was tired and so alone
Driven by my own desires -
Saying “I can make it
If just left alone!”.

Wade : Hi There! on August 28, 2007Hi Uncle Bruce! Sorry I haven't replied sooner; I don't get on here as often as I used to. Readusting to Canadian life is certainly a big shift... I still have to pinch myself some days, and of course I miss my Praguites terribly. I would love to see Calgary at some point, so I may be taking you up on that offer of a room!
God bless,

Wade on March 31, 2006Hi! It's great to see you on the site as well! I guess I'll be the first to leave a comment saying welcome! And that's just fine with me!
Hope you can have as much fun here as I have for the last 4 years!
Jer
