I am particularly thankful for the freedom and choices  offered

on this site that many others do not allow.

I feel that if an artists work, whether it be written, verbal, visual, or musical

has been censored what's  the point?

The feeling, the emotion, the true meaning is lost.

It's nothing more than an incomplete work... which we  already have enough of due to writers block lol!

Over the past several years my writing has developed into three styles. Regular poetry, short stories, and one linersI  do tend to stay more

on the dark side...

however, on occasion you will  find a dissimilar style ranging  from humorous, erotic, or inspirational.  It all depends on the circumstances, situation,

and /or if it's a contest, a request, or just my overall mood and feeling at the time.

                      Sound familiar?

   Ah yes,   the  artistic,  temperamental,

emotional, and oh so sensitive fish lol.

I recommend starting with Hollow and working your  way up.

Most of my work is older 2000-2004 but, I 'm constantly  upgrading this site

one way or another so I hope to get some  newer  stuff out soon.

Don't be shy!   Feel free to ask, comment, critique, request, or suggest... Anything! I think you will find I'm more open-minded and accepting than most.

                       Currently

I'm writting three different books and looking into starting my

own web site and independent publishing co.

Besides writers I will be featuring other artists such as painters  and photographers.  Alot of work but well worth the effort.

Who knows maybe one of you will end up here.

If I manage to have any  spare time or just need a

break I enjoy going to the local coffee shops open mic poetry

night to hear the lates and/or to read some of my own.

     Never limit yourself.

The more variety and experience the more well rounded and accomplished

 you'll become

YOU are your worst critic!  As writers we are sensitive and feel vulnerable putting ourselves out there. Understandable!  Sadly, I have noticed due  to this fear and  uncertainty to many writers on this site are quick to critisize their own  work before giving it a chance.

Don't be so hard on yourself.  It takes courage and most of the condemed poetry I  read  was quite good.

We often forget or have not yet discovered the  beauty and uniqueness each of us possess.

              Most writers are terrible spellers!

I thoroughly enjoy your work. It speaks to me in many ways. It qalso inspires me in a way that does not happen often. There are many good writers on the site but you are definately one of the greats.
Thank you for sending the copy of your book. I knew it was going to be something worth reading many times over but I was not prepared. After what I have read on this site you were really holding back. Then again if you didn't the book would never leave the stores lol.
Thanks Tangerine you really are a dream. Korny I know.

  • AltruisticSociopath : Yay for crazy roommates! on January 13, 2007
Crazy roommates are good for something, right? If a roommate threw a good book at me, I'd probably read it too. I enjoyed reviewing your poems. Thank you for commenting on "The One they Called Tripping Daisy."
