Hello and welcome to my site!!! My name is Toni and I write mostly about matters of the heart. Things that touch me so deep that I can sit down and write expressing my inner most feelings on the topic at hand.Though you may not always agree with what I write, I ask that you respect what I write as my own and I am surely to do the same in return. I hope you enjoy my work and can be touched in a positive way.I am a Christian and believe that Jesus Christ is the son of the living God, the one and only way to heaven and to the one true God. My deepest prayer is that someone will read the works I have offered up to God and he will touch them through me and they will indeed receive salvation. To win souls to heaven should be the deepest desire of all who profess the name of Jesus. So grab a cup sit back and enjoy...

There is a poetess named Toni that I've come to know,
so honored am I, from God she is one to glow.
Writing poetry from the depths of her soul,
every poem beautifully written is her goal.

The precise wording so eloquently formed,
with her Godly wisdom keeping us informed.
That God's word the Bible is divinely written,
from chosen men and women who should not be smitten.

The beauty of the beginning of all mankind,
this Master Creator is who you'll find.
No other artist as in God himself, our King,
the one and only who made the birds sing.

In nature to behold you'll see God's handwriting,
no one can argue the truth with their fighting.
Just look around with God's eyes and you will see,
the writing of God is how our life's were meant to be.

All different kinds of nature with seasons,
are all here for different kinds of reasons.
Sometimes I believe it is just for our life's lessons,
so unique in how it touches individuals questions.

Sharing once again about a poetess that I've come to know,
love's the Lord with all her heart and soul with a glow.
She is one of those naturally beautiful poetesses, so rare to find,
Toni prays to God then her words are divinely written, ever so kind.

Compassionate poetess Toni
became my friend,
while sifting through
finding priceless gems

living amongst her heart
and soul like radiant jewels.

Our friendship continually
blossoming into soul mate's

while bonding through life's
tragedies and triumphs.

Realities of our love
for each other
is through our Lord,
which is perfectly pure,
bringing mutual prayer,
beholding love and respect
while embracing each other through life.



Toni's heart has been woven

into mine through our intimacies
of living life while encouraging
our love unconditionally.
Our hearts have entwined
into the fragrance of
a flower's bouquet,
blossoming into an enriched
intimate relationship of bonding.

Memories From the Nest
Missing image
lying in my arms, newborn
tiny and oh so sweet
instant love rushes in
a mother's heart is filled
to overflowing

little Hannah
my life, my love
my precious baby girl

through tummy aches and
runny noses
sunburns
and calamine lotion

little pink dresses
pretty bows, wrapped
around silky long hair

school and homework
year after year
she grows taller, wiser

an attitude
now and then
but mostly shining eyes
and still, puppy dog grins

but before I'm ready, you become
independant
and now, You're eighteen

these are my empty nest
memories





But wait!


now I can do what I want to do for a change!

So, I've got a new list of "things to do".


take those dancing lessons
treat myself to a spa treatment
go on a shopping spree
call my girlfriends and go on a cruise
turn Hannah's room into a huge walk-in closet
go to bed when I want







....and lay awake and worry about Hannah!!
