I am eighteen and write as a release of emotion. I am going to college as a photojournalism major. I am on scholarship at the local community college for choir. I am a soprano in the choir and am taking voice lessons to better my technique. It took me quite a while to decide what I was going to do in school because I have many things I love to do but I consider photography to be my only strong passion. I could be wrong about that but I am not sure. We will just have to find out. I have my own online portfolio and am currently trying to find work.
I write in my spare time. Mostly poems but on some occasions I will sit down and type out a nice story for a bit of a get away from reality. I also enjoy listening to various types of music but have found myself most satisfied in the Symphonic Metal genre. I will probably stay with that genre because of the great blend of symphony and opera with the wonderful raw power of metal.
I write when I feel the need to write and I do not ever focus on rhyme or meter or anything like that. I just go with it. The words come and the words are written down.
I have strong beliefs that I have not come to me through television or influence of others but by experience alone. When I am wrong I may alter my beliefs but otherwise, they will remain the same. I try to be the best person I can be but I fail. I'm only human.
