Where to start....
First off, this is not my first time on this site. I have been here a very long time ago, formerly known as "Chained Fury". So if my poetry seems familiar, you might have already read it before but don't remember me. I'm not going to go over why I left in the first place.
What matters now is that I am returning to what has been somewhat of a "happy place" for me, a place to freely express my thoughts through my writing. I miss those that I have left behind, and hope to meet with every one of you again. I will repost revised versions of my old poems, and at the same time try to come up with fresh material as I go along.
I've been through alot since I had last been here, and its provided inspiration for me to carry on with my writing, especially on the story I've been clawing at for so many years. There's just been so many strings pulling me along, giving me signs of hope, only to fade away in an instant. I wish those good things stayed, but they always fall out of my grasp so fast.
If you like dark, descriptive poems...That's where my strength is, and I hope you like what you read. One last thing though...You either like my poetry, or you don't. I am not looking for professional critiques on my work. So if it's not your cup of tea, don't bother leaving a comment. It's definitely not for everybody.

There he stood with an axe in his hand,
Surrounded by corpses in this putrid land.

The downhearted path I walk is of my own choice.
The scars I bare are of my own faults, no one else's. -
Watch these grey clouds draw closer together,
And feel the thunderstorm's imminent arrival. -
I fondly remember those distant memories,
Those wondrous moments forever frozen in time.
