We can say we're glad thorns have roses, but why can't we believe the thorns are just as beautiful as the roses?
My name is Aleksi.
I love all forms of art. I draw, take photographs, play music, and write poetry. I am also beginning to take an interest in computer graphics.
I am a history freak. I love all kinds of history. How can you know your future when you don't know your past? Sometimes I take part in reinacting.
I also like fencing, archery, reading books, nature, animals, and science.
I don't care if I'm ugly. Or if I'm muscular enough. Or even tanned enough. People have never understood me, and therefore would always tease me, including about how I looked. It used to eat at my soul, but now I've freed myself from any social pressures. Now, I only focus on important things: art, music, family, love...

I mostly like ancient and medieval history. The only reinacting I've done was the War of 1812...we have a fort in my town that was used in that war, and the reinactments are done there. Most of all I would love to do any medieval battle reinactment, but I don't know where those are, probably not near where I live anyways.
