Hello my name is Jeff

 

I am 45years old welcome to my page of poetry and prose,

When I am not writing poetry I am running, lifting weights climbing some silly mountain or working, and on occassions sleeping.

 

I love the wild and crazy and believe poetry is in everything.

It is the bug hiding under the little rock in the pasture.

The dandelion seed flowing in the wind.

 

Poetry is as common as a leaf chattering branches on a windy day

mysterious as a cave running deep into a mountain.

As sensual as the big eyes of a beautiful lover just before the kiss.

Poetry is everything in everything and is waiting for your pen

to give it body and life.
