I clearly don’t battle much, but with that out of the way…
I’m not a prolific writer anymore, I actually play games more, but I do love my short little haiku. I usually stick mostly to that or something other than poetry.
I’m an Atheist, and have no regrets about being one. I do not believe in a god, goddess, the afterlife, the soul, magic, ghosts, psychics, unicorns, dragons, whatever. As cool as the concepts may seem, I don’t see a rational reason to believe in them, nor have I ever actually had encounters that would lead me to change that view, so we’ll leave it at that.
I love my country, the USA, dearly, but I despise my government. You might say I’m Libertarian, but it doesn’t matter in the long run. I go by the person, not the party.
On the not-so negative side, I love RPGs and other video games, as you will see below. I play almost solely for the game play, and I adore the Dragon Quest series (can't wait for DQIX!), despite Final Fantasy V still holding the title of Stick Bug’s Favorite Video Game.

Glacian on August 27, 2006Hey if you're looking for RPG's, I have a few recommendations.
My top computer game RPG choices are Black Isle's Infinity Engine games:
Fallout 1 & 2
Baldur's gate 1 & 2
Icewind dale 1 & 2
Planescape:Torment
Of these, Fallout 2 and Baldur's gate 1 are the best. I'm not sure if you've heard of any of these but Fallout takes place in a post-nuclear holocaust wasteland and the rest are D&D fantasy games, with your wizards and warriors.
A newer RPG for the computer is Arx Fatalis, another recommendation of mine; it's a first-person game that takes place in a subterranean world.
Also, for the Playstation (SNES in Japan) there's Tactics Ogre: Let us Cling Together (You can find it for an emulator online)for an extremely long, tactics-based RPG that lets you choose multiple paths in the game (a "true" RPG, as I like to call them). And if you're into old school stuff, I always liked Sword of Vermillion for the Sega Genesis - it's all old-school dungeon-crawling.
