I am a hopeless romantic and a dreamer.
I enjoy poetry, flowers, music, riding horses and the great outdoors.

It really made me think about life & love, what we let pass us by
and what we should grab onto and hold on for dear life,

I feel that when we write most times it
is from our heart and if someone is letting us have
the privilege of taking a peek into their heart,
who am I to criticize what I see in there,
whether I see beauty or pain.

I think our perspective is colored by our experiences in life.
I am contented in just being alive, just watching the sun come up each morning and watching that big golden ball rest on the horizon.
I have been very close to death before and it made me realize that I don't need money, fame or excitement to be happy, just living, loving and breathing, the little things.
