I'm currently a freshman in college; I'm majoring in adolescent education in English with a minor in dance. However, my true longing is to get my PhD in English and become a Modern/20th century literature professor. I used to write poems a lot in middle school, but as I got older, I seemed to grow out of that phase. However, durning my first semester in college, I've had some rough times, and randomly started writing again. I don't really follow any forms or conventions of standard poetry, I mainly just go where the poem takes me, and where my emotions place me. My favorite poems (of my own) are currently "The eccentric society" and "Smile", but "Smile" means a lot more to me... 
So if you wanna read my stuff, one of them is your best bet! So yeah, I hope you enjoy, and please don't be TOO mean!
