Be yourself. It is difficult to believe someone loves you unless you are showing them who you really are. Then you will know for sure that it is YOU whom they love, NOT some facade.

There are people that you know who are leading lives of desperation and hiding it from you.
They need reassurance from those who care about them because they feel unlovable. YOU can make a difference in how they proceed in their lives.
So many children and adults feel left out and odd. Who is there for them to talk to? Not the ones who put them down or ignore their presence. Too many adults are wrapped up in what they want and in what they are doing. Children can innocently be self absorbed and (sometimes) cruel.
Take it upon yourself to be that person who is kind.
People need to hear encouraging words!
Please, give someone a kind word today. Words can heal wounds and improve the world we live in. It will make YOU feel better too if you are kind to others.
Tell the checker at the grocery store how well they do their job. Tell the child next door how nice he is. Let your neighbor know that you notice them. Thank people for their kindness.
BE that person.

If we give someone a bad day just because we are having a bad day, it doubles the ill feeling. As they say, two wrongs don't make one right.
I try to find good in everything, and even if I don't like something much, there is a kind way of saying that it is not to my taste. More than that, a lonely person needs a kind word; and we never know if someone is feeling lonely.
Lastly, it feels good to do good. Spread joy by speaking kindly. -
