Hi! My name is Angela however most people call me Ang or Angie and I have been writing for about four years, ever since my poetry unit in 8th grade. I write mostly depressing poems...not really dark poems just not exactly happy. It helps me deal with the stresses of real life. And considering it is me...it tends to be dramatized, afterall I am a teenage girl and I hang out with them so my life is never void of drama. I also tend to be very sarcastic...with hanging out with my mom's side of the family...I had no chance to escape that. I write mostly rhyming poetry just because I can't really write free verse and make it sound like poetry, weird point of view I know but I see poetry as mostly rhyming, which is not true cause I have read some great poems that don't rhyme. I have written a few free verse and they are okay but mostly I write rhyming poems. Since my poetry takes so much emotion I usually work on one over a period of time, so when I enter a contest USUALLY the poem I enter I have worked on for a while. Sometimes I can think up one quick but not usually cause my poems take a lot of emotion to write. I also tend to be a little bit of a perfectionist, I am harder on myself then anyone else could EVER be.



~My Favorite shows are American Idol, Charmed, The L Word, and Women's Murder Club.
~I love country music but lately I have been more into rock.
~My deepest fears are getting burned by someone I trust or one of my friends or family members dying.
~I am not straight...I want to marry and love who my heart chooses not society. If I marry a guy...great if it happens to be a girl...also great.
~I love to ready anything and everything including fanfiction. Love Harry Potter and Buffy.
~I can pretty much get along with all types of people unless...they do something to hurt me or my friends.
~I am very protective of anyone I care about and am not afraid to show it.
~My bad qualities have to be stubborness and I am very opionated.
~I hate big crowds of people and don't like to be touched all the time, personal space issues. My friends seem to like to push my buttons on this one. *eye roll*
~I am constantly nervous, especially if I am in front of a crowd or in a crowd.
~I worry way too much.
~I love horse back riding and playing soccer and rugby.
~I am not skinny...nor will I ever be.
~I am very insecure at times but try not to show it.
~I'm now a college freshmen.
~My major is elementary education and my minor is early childhood. I want to teach preschool.


Okay now that I have totally bored you to death I am going to end this. There is not much else to me. Besides it's time to pretend I'm interested in what this professor has to say.
