~MMT FOREVER~
~In a world full of caterpillars, it takes balls to be a butterfly~
Describing myself is sorta easy. Crazy liberal hippie. That works. I am proud of my city, one of the many Springfields of the world, Springfield, Mass. We are poor, broke, gang-banged, and torn open. We're being taken over by the state. We're the 19th most dangerous city in the entire nation. But ya know what we got? PRIDE. East Longmeadow, eat your heart out. Alright, let's break me down: 16 year old, girl, agnostic, straight, hippie, bohemian, beat, biracial, and awesome! I'm totally in love with 50's 60's 70's music, I like a lot of today's music, kinda. I love Anthropology, and I hope to major in it at college when I get there(I'm in no hurry). Biology nerd to the nth degree. A complete and total sucker for Supreme Court cases and anything law. Yes, I know, I rock. That's what you're all thinking! I mean, who doesn't love a Biology/Law nerd? I know, I know, no one. I'm not a big "me" talker, so enjoy what you can!
*It's All Over Now, Baby Blue*
by: Bob Dylan
You must leave now, take what you need, you think will last
But whatever you wish to keep, you better grab it fast
Yonder stands your orphan with his gun
Crying like a fire in the sun
Look out the saints are comin' through
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.
The highway is for gamblers, better use your sense
Take what you have gathered from coincidence
The empty handed painter from your streets
Is drawing crazy patterns on your sheets
This sky, too, is folding under you
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.
All your seasick sailors, they are rowing home
Your empty handed armies, are all going home
Your lover who just walked out the door
Has taken all his blankets from the floor
The carpet, too, is moving under you
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.
Leave your stepping stones behind, something calls for you
Forget the dead you've left, they will not follow you
The vagabond who's rapping at your door
Is standing in the clothes that you once wore
Strike another match, go start a new
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

“Gentlemen, progress has never been a bargain. You have to pay for it. Sometimes I think there's a man who sits behind a counter and says, ‘Alright, you can have a telephone, but you lose privacy and the charm of distance.’ ‘Madam, you may vote, but at a price. You lose the right to retreat behind the powder-puff or your petticoat.’ ‘Mr., you may conquer the air, but the birds will lose their wonder and the clouds will smell of gasoline.’”
–Henry Drummond, Inherit the Wind
"He had a heart that could have held the empire of the world; and, in the end, he had to content himself with a cellar."
-The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux
"And no one could yell at you if they saw you out in the dark leaning against a car, leaning against somebody without someone thinking you are bad, without somebody saying it is wrong, without the whole world waiting for you to make a mistake when all you wanted, all you wanted, Sally, was to love and to love and to love and to love, and no one could call that crazy."
-Sally from House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros
"Or, if you mean like, not generous, it's tacaño, like, 'Hey, why you being so cheap, buy me a taco!'"
-Mr. Beaver, my Spanish teacher and neighbor
"And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I
don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying?
There's no reason for it, you've gotta go sometime."
"I never said I was frightened of dying."
