Hello. My name is Katie, yet I have gone by Snow for over a year now. Many things I write are based on real life. My life. The murders in some of my stories are not real. The feelings portrayed in them, however, are quite real. Everything but the murders are... what have really happened, or close to what has happened. I suppose my writing reflects who I am. I write stories, but my real escape is poetry, which I often write more than my stories.
I never back down, and I'm not afraid to follow my dreams. Without dreams, my life would be hell. After all, dreaming seems to make everything better, because you can think of a better tomorrow. And the quote I live by, to get through the day is "Everyday that passes by is one less day of pain".
A poem I wrote:
Forgotten September
A forgotten September…
An endless dream, or
Is it a deadly nightmare?
An ever continuing labyrinth,
An endless starry sky?
Or… is it the truth,
Cold and fragile,
Like a wandering butterfly?
The lies may be beautiful,
And the truth ugly and wicked,
But a truth is a truth,
And a lie is just that…
A lie.
