I am Julie Fisk, a 17 year old girl in the 12th grade. I have straight brown hair that goes down to my shoulders. I have big green eyes and I'm 5'7 and I weigh 118 lbs. Wow, I have a good description going on, huh?
I just recently moved to Chester County High School in Tennessee, and I'm new. But I'm making friends, and I still keep in contact with my old ones whom I miss in all the world.
I'm not sexist, and I'm ALL FOR gay and lesbian marriages. I'll be honest, I'm not racist, but it DOES take me a little longer to meet black people other than whites due to past experiences. I am a 100% Republican and I'm a huge Bush-supporter. I definitely agree on the terms of Bush and his actions in the Iraq war. I believe in the theory of evolution, not the Adam and Eve crap. I am also Pro-Choice and AGAINST Illegal Immigration.
I love books and one of the best books I've read is Dragonsong and the Harry Potter books. I also like A Series of Unfortunate Events books and I'm a big fan of Stephen King, especially the book, 'The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon' about a girl who gets lost in the forest while a creature haunts her. There is also a special book that I love called 'The Good Earth' by Pearl Buck. I also love poetry, especially Shel Silverstein and his book called, 'Where the Sidewalk Ends'. Some of the books that I hope to get around to reading are:
The DaVinci Code
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
And some movies I hope to see eventually are:
Star Wars Series
Blade Trilogy
Underworld Movies
All Johnny Depp Movies
I now live in a town called Henderson, Tennessee. I used to live in Irondale, towards St. Louis in Missouri. I used to be a West County Bulldog, a Central Rebel, and a Jackson Indian but now I'm a Chester County Eagle. I play volleyball- one of my favorite sports. I'm very good- yeah! I don't play any other sports. Go Julie- Hoowah!

------How I Feel On Controversial Topics------
Abortion- Ofcourse, I support the idea of a woman having a child without any problems, but if a woman chooses not to have a baby, that's her choice. No other person, especially a man, should control her own body and tell her what to do with it. It's her business. If you don't support abortions, don't have one.
Illegal Immigration- I hate hate hate hate hate illegal immigrants! Not because they're bad people, or mean, I just hate that they're here. Why are they? If you've ever watched the show '30 Days' on the subject of illegal immigration, the Mexican girl continues to say, "I'm not a bad person; I'm a good asset to this country." I don't care if you're Albert Einstein or Adolf Hitler. You could be the nicest and smartest person in the world, but if you are here in America without legalization- you're wrong. You shouldn't be here without papers because you're breaking the law, and taking money away from other true Americans.
Gay Marriages- It's love, it's healthy, it's wonderful. Who's to say it's wrong if it's different? Christians say that God didn't mean for a man to lay with another man- but those people forget that we're NOT ALL Christian and we don't all believe in God. And if God really does exist, didn't he make each person the way they are? But were gays and lesbians BORN that way? I believe so, because you always hear them saying, "I didn't want to feel this way, I just do; I feel I was born this way". I support it because there's nothing wrong with it, besides of religious reasons, and I'm not religious.
Flag Burning- Flag burning is a showing of ultimate hate for the something that the flag stands for. If you burn the American flag, you hate America, it's history, freedom, and all that America stands for. That's cool if you burn the American flag... AS LONG AS YOU'RE NOT AN AMERICAN AND LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES. If an American burns the Canadian flag, cool- if that's how ya feel, cool. But if a Canadian burns a Canadian flag while on Canadian soil... then why is that person in Canada? To me, it shouldn't be illegal because of opinion, but because of stupidity. If you hate America- leave! It's not a matter of free speech, it's a matter of treason.
Suicide- I feel suicide is a personal choice, sort of like having sex: do it, or don't. I understand that some people feel like they don't have a way out of their problems or depression, but that doesn't really mean there really ISN'T a way out. But just like gay marriage, it's your body. Do what you want! Catholics down victims of suicide and call them cowards for not living through their problems through Christianity. Cowards? YOU put a gun to your head and see if YOU can pull the trigger. To me, the people that commit suicide aren't cowards or sissies. I sure as hell don't have the guts or courage to kill myself! Someone else would have to do it for me. Those people have more balls than I do! (But I'm a girl.)
Scientology- I've done my research, and I consider it a cult. Dangerous and unhealthy. But hey, if that's what religion comforts you, I won't discriminate. But I wish you all the luck in the world.

Xelgaroth on August 25, 2006You know what? You actually aren't a conservative. I've been studying politics recently, and you are actually a libertanian. Not a liberal, a libertanian. Prochoice and proabortion and prohomosexuality are all liberal views, yet anti illegal immigrants and pro bush and pro war in Iraq are all conservative views. You fall under the category of Libertanian. You aren't the left wing, or the right wing. You're at the top of the political spectrum. There are five main points of the political spectrum. The Conservatives, the Liberals, the Centrists, the Statists, and the Libertanian. You are actually a Libertanian. Tootles!

Oh and btw fyi, being gay is NOT healthy. It is a proven fact that it cuts off 20 years or more from your life, more than quadruples your chances of getting an STD, and is NOT a birth defect. These are ALL proven scientifice facts. Read up. -
Glacian on July 16, 2006I checked out your author page after I saw your comment on the Iraq War over at Controversy 101. I find it interesting that you are a George Bush supporter and Conservative Republican yet you say you accept the theory of evolution, reject creation, support gay marriage, and do not believe in the divinity of Jesus. That's quite a different stance than I normally encounter, and I like seeing people who don't fit into the stereotypical dichotomy between the "right" and the "left". I'm interested in knowing your stance on some other issues, and how and why you have conservative stances without a religious background - in essence, why are you conservative, if not for religious reasons? Most of the conservatives I encounter are religious, and very few - especially Republicans - are not.

stuckonthewall on February 15, 2006Hey there.
You commented on a story I wrote a long time ago and i was jsut letting you know that there is a second chapter now if you are intrested.

Snackycakes64 on January 30, 2006I made a contest for Bush support because all I see on AP are Bush bashers and bashing. I wanted Republicans and supporters to speak up and stand up for what they believe in. I knew I would get Democrats and rants, but that's a risk I took, and I don't regret it. I got some people to come out and speak out about their support.
The only reasons why I ever reply to nasty comments is if people misinterpret my words. Quite a few people seemed to think I was stomping out Freedom of Speech, and one privately accused me of being a Nazi. I only replied to that one girl because of her false claims and she didn't even read the description. I can't stand people that rant when they accuse me of things I supposedly said and think they can insult me to these assumptions. So for once, I blasted the girl... and she deserved it.
But thank you for not ranting, as I respect everyone's views. Thank you for not insulting me, as you would've been another human with no reply.
-Julie
