My poetry is free like I try to be. It has no real structure or rhyming pattern. It has is an internal rythmn that feels right to me. That is all that is important. I will be writing a book online about me in a kind of loose way. The name of the book is Loss of Innocence and it is about my growing realisation of the world and all that has gone before to shape me as I am now.
Your Birthdate: January 15
You take life as it is, and you find happiness in a variety of things.
You tend to be close to family and friends. But it's hard to get into your inner circle.
Making the little things wonderful is important to you, and you probably have an inviting home.
You seek harmony with others, but occasionally you have a very stubborn streak.
Your strength: Your intense optimism
Your weakness: You shy away from exploring your talents
Your power color: Jade
Your power symbol: Flower
Your power month: June
What Does Your Birth Date Mean?
I am more a fan of prose than poetry so you might see more of that than poems.
I am from the Islands of Trinidad and Tobago, the most southerly islands of the Caribbean. It is a twin island state and the home of Steelpan, Calypso, Limbo, Carnival, Wining, Liming and various other leisure activities.

History
The islands came under British control in the 19th century; independence was granted in 1962. The country is one of the most prosperous in the Caribbean thanks largely to petroleum and natural gas production and processing. Tourism, mostly in Tobago, is targeted for expansion and is growing.
Trinidad and Tobago, the leading Caribbean producer of oil and gas, has earned a reputation as an excellent investment site for international businesses. Tourism is a growing sector, although not proportionately as important as in many other Caribbean islands. The economy benefits from low inflation and a growing trade surplus. Prospects for growth in 2005 are good as prices for oil, petrochemicals, and liquified natural gas are expected to remain high, and foreign direct investment continues to grow to support expanded capacity in the energy sector.
I believe that these words are true,
My philosophy,
in essence,
is the concept of man as a heroic being,
with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life,
with productive achievement as his noblest activity,
and reason as his only absolute."
Ayn Rand
Life is the only thing that we can control so why give it up to others so easily. We must live our lives according to God's plan and Our will and only then will we be able to feel that we have accomplished something.

The Poet in My Heart
Taking your time,
to reach some predestined
place inside us all,
with words that humble
and thoughts that soar;
Your soul, mysterious,
like the craters of the moon,
Seeking perfection,
I reach for you, and find
better than that;
You in Equinox
beneath my skin,
holding the promise of light
in this place,
ensconcing night;
I am still finding you there,
Poet, philosopher, more;
man,
inside my heart.
