Actually I write from both my inner thoughts on life as well as from the Bible. When writing from verses from the Bible, I'll enhance the verse with my thoughts into it. I'm never going to claim to be an expert on the Bible. Just a person who has been inspired in a hidden talent that was secluded for many years.
My wife is actually who inspires me to write. God inspires me what to write about. I really do mean that. The verses start popping into my head while driving home on many of the poems that I have written. It's possible that God is talking to me.
I am a poetic messenger. I have written over 1,500 poems since starting in July 2003. As for publishing, I have published my first book in July 2004 by AuthorHouse entiled Inspirational Thoughts. My second book has been released in January 2005 entitled, Inspirational Times. A third book has also been published entiled Inspiration 1.01. My fourth book has been published and released entitled Daily Inspiration.
It might be good for me to start by introducing myself to you. My name is Richard Sherrer. I'm actually retired from the United States Air Force over 15 years ago. I was living in Korea while I was in the Air Force in 1972 and 1973. At that time, I was first at Osan and then in Taegu. A lot has changed since then with both myself and Korea. My Air Force career took me around the world.
You might be asking yourself what brought me back to Korea. I guess you could say that it was a lot of love here, for the country, the people and especially for a Christian woman that I met on the Internet. She convinced me to come here to be with her. So I came originally to teach English in July of 2000. We got married in 2001 before my teaching contract ended. After the first year, I found a job with a contractor on the Yongsan Army Garrison in Seoul.
I am now a college professor of English conversation at Tongwon College,a Christian college in South Korea.

All who have faith in Christ,
Is a child of God; -
Do not anger at who does wrong,
Or have envy of those who lust; -
Throw away the old bread,
That has become so stale; -
Why do you transgress,
To what God commands;
