- I see that it is going on five years since I became a member, and I've posted a single poem. I'm one whose head is filled with creative ideas but not enough productive activity to bring those ideas to fruition. So far, that is, but I'll never give up. (smile) I just finished prepping several canvases and have begun a painting of Morro Rock. I am researching background material for a juvenile novel I've begun to write, with a goal of getting it ready to publish (by hook or by crook) before the end of 2012. I have a large collection of plants, some ready to pot into bonsai dishes, some ready for design by wiring and pruning. And there are poems to dig out of old papers for posting here, as well as some yet to be written. So, although I turn 75 tomorrow, I haven't given up . . . yet.
