JUST LISTEN

 

All alone, to myself, Sweet isolation covers me. I block out the noise and the boys And just listen.

 

Music sweet and soft, Music also hard and rock. As the sweet isolation covers me, I just listen.

 

I block out the screaming kids. I block out the bus and the road. I block everything out, And just listen.

 

I block the idiots in my school, I block the fighting sisters, Sweet isolation covers me, I just listen.

 

Music, my refuge from this world, This world of war and screams. More people in this world should Just Listen.
