My favorite poem that describes what it means to be a Christian:

WHEN I SAY, "I AM A CHRISTIAN"
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I’m not shouting, “I’ve been saved!”
I’m whispering, “I get lost! That’s why I chose this way”
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I don’t speak with human pride
I'm confessing that I stumble—needing God to be my guide
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I’m not trying to be strong
I’m professing that I’m weak and pray for strength to carry on
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I’m not bragging of success
I’m admitting that I’ve failed and cannot ever pay the debt
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I don't think I know it all
I submit to my confusion asking humbly to be taught
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I'm not claiming to be perfect
My flaws are far too visible but God believes I’m worth it
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I still feel the sting of pain
I have my share of heartache which is why I seek His name
When I say, “I am a Christian,” I do not wish to judge
I have no authority—I only know I’m loved

ShelleyA
ShelleyA she shines so bright:
Heaven's love, oh such delight.
Each poem written gives off His light
Loveliest dove, His pure delight!
Lingering are words she writes
Ever to stay in heart's delights
Yes, ShelleyA, my sister tight
Always forever, in God's light!
Both of these were written by
a dear friend "Molassis" (Melissa)
Sister ShelleyA
High above the clouds - like a bird she soars
To astounding heights with whom she adores.
Limitless wonders - incredible sights
Miraculous ways and untold delights.
Shining intensely of the Father's love
Dear Sister Shelley writes boldly thereof.
Seeking out His love, acceptance and grace
And as a reward - her, Christ does embrace.
Gentle, her spirit; beautiful, her soul;
She gave self away - Christ is in control.
Shelley, my sister, I want you to know;
You show His goodness - of Christ you're aglow.

.
In autumn,
as burnished colored leaves
sway so softly in gentle breezes,
sunshine showers down in early morning blessing
with serenity as the new dawn
gives way to hope for all
this fine day,
made by God’s awesome hand,
given to mankind to maintain it
in its natural beauty, a garden of love;
a place of worship and communion
with Him who knows our hearts
through all time,
autumn brings a closure
before the brisk days of winter come
and nature begins its slumber as it awaits
spring and renewal of life and hope
arising to praise Him
for His grace
abounds through all seasons
drawing those who have come to know Him
into His awaiting arms, our precious Savior
who forgives our sins once and for all
throughout eternity
He is God.

Darkness
where fear waits
no matter how bright
the day.
Lost
when mind and body
disassociate with no place
to hide.
Abandoned
wandering in homelessness
looking for shelter without
any hope.
Hopelessness
withering away in sadness,
nothing left of yourself
except insanity.
Shellyan Sonnet form

In nature see the glory of the Lord,
no one forget through it He is adored.
Listen tentatively and hear her voice
openly praising God in every way;
vast is His splendor in this land of choice,
earnestly see the beauty in each day.
Look carefully at nature and rejoice,
you’ll find Him there no matter what they say.
Great is His love for all that He has made,
attending earth with diligence and love;
remember a gift from Him will not fade,
delight in His good blessings from above.
Eternally a gift for all mankind
naturally by God it was designed.

Tammy Tags : Welcome to Coventry Garden, :) on July 6
You have happened along a hidden path that leads to our secret Garden. Welcome home, for an ancient presence full of magic and history has called you back to where your ancestors once dwelled. Do not be surprised to be greeted by a fae or sprite, you may even see a glimpse of the wee folk, tis all a part of life here in the glen.
If you have any questions just visit the local Abbey and our kindly staff will help you along your way.
God Bless
