I describe myself as a Southern beach bum. I am a Christian.I have several books ideas and a few paragraphs for them all. As you can see in my first poem my dad was less supportive of my uniqueness and creativity. I am clean and sober from drugs and alcohol for three years now. I have just started writing again and I am being the person God crated me to be,creative, sensitive and expressive. I feel like anew person and yet the same old me. I was rebelious in high school and hung with who ever was giving me drugs which is the metal heads and goth and puke.I know I don't seem like it but I do relate to younger poets. But as you can tell I am older then the average poet. But that is ok I am who I am and that ain't bad!!!

Eyecberg on December 10, 2008I thank the ten you for viewing my poem and commenting on it. Oh wait, only one of you had the common courtesy to leave a comment for the points. Maybe it is not great or just ok but...I guess like common sense courtesy has become UN – common, thanks ‘trust.’
