Dean on February 17Hey, I put up a new poem. I really, really like the content, and most of the structure is fine, but the segue into one part to the other is feeling a little funny, like I should use, 'first', 'next', and so on.

Dean on February 17I just now read your comment on "When My Baby Cries" and thank you so much! I was so overwhelmed it took me a couple of days to consider what I wanted to do with it: I added the comment, and I think I will take out the 'because'; I can see what you mean by the reader already adding it in themselves.
There are times when the crying, her pain is too much, but I haven't written a poem yet that isn't too dark to approach the subject. I'm not an invincible mom by anyone's measure. She was collicky there for awhile, thank God it seems to be on the mend. -
