I am on a mission to find myself.. and I am hoping that I can do that through poetry and music.. They are both the languages of the soul, maybe my soul is trying to tell me something.
I play the Saxophone primarily. It is my everything. I also play the flute, piano, clarinet and dulcimer. I love Jazz. It has changed my life.
I think about many things when I am reflecting that give me a familiar urge to write.. and that is what brings me here.
My poems each have a message,
but to many they will never come across..
Is it even worth it to display part of myself..
only to be lost?
View my deepest feelings..
peruse my nagging thoughts..
learn what I have been seeking,
that refuses to be sought.
I ask that you review, please,
honestly tell me what came through,
so that the next attempt I make
may leave an impression on you
