San-dShow poetry

Hi My name is Sandy/AKA San-d . I worked as a substitute school teacher for 6 years and loved working with children. However at this point in my life I have moved on to full time employment in customer service at a large hardware Department firm. I am also a creative writer of poetry and I enjoy it so very much. I enjoy reading all types of poetry and I really enjoy entering into contests that give a "basic" to write about. This really seems to make me go into my "creative mode" by trying to relate to certain situations and or subjects and then putting them down into verse. Lots of my poetry is created in this manner, howecer some of my pieces is created from my own personal life's history and situations.
I have some of my poetry published in "The International Poetry Publications" "The international Who's Who In Poetry" 2005 and the "Voicenet Anthology" 2005. I'm absolutly my kids mom and other enjoyments are to keep my Poetry site in tact. I love to stay in touch with old friends and love to make new. So feel free to message and or email me..........
Smiles your way>>>>>> )

    Hi Sandy,
Thank you for re-visiting me. I've been offline for over a year and sadly, my name doesn't mean so much here anymore, but I'm glad some friends such as you remember me. I hope your life is going well. I appreciate your visits to see my work and I'll be sure to see your latest too. It will be a while before I post my own poetry here again. First, I'd like to touch base with all the old crowd I used to know. With my life, it's going ok. You take good care and smiles back at you!
