Honestly, you'll like me, or hate me. I have no middle ground. I stand for what I stand for, and hold no shame in it.
That's just the way I am.
I tend to make quick judgements, and speak/act before I think. It's a habit of mine that I started.
I once described myself to someone as a half-ass rebel tomboy that would rather spend her time outside playing in the muck and the mud wrestling with the guys, and thinks make-up is the root of all evil.

Or something like that....

I value the few friends I have, though lately I have realized I have more then I thought I did. I'm lucky that I can claim so many of them.

A few odd nicknames (that I hadn't had until I moved back to SF) have been graced upon me, of which there are ones that I adore and others not so much. Often called by my more famous ones, Rosemary and River (sometimes 'of Judgement' is tagged on), I use those for well, just about everything.

I do not consider myself pretty, not at all. There are a couple of guys, however, who seem to strongly disagree with me. We're constantly butting heads about it.

I have been writing for some time, and I normally write free-verse, because I can not rhyme to save my life. And because rhyming makes me think of Dr. Seuss, whom I hate with all my heart. I will read it, as long as it isn't him.

I may be only 16, but I have been through a lot for my age. Forced to learn things at an early age, often have I gotten the comment that I act more like someone that is 18-25 and I have gotten a guess in the early thirties once.
Yes, being 16 means I'm in highschool. My 'sweet' 16 came around after school started and it utterly sucked. There is nothing 'sweet' about birthdays with my mom's side of the family.

Even after all of this, if you still wish to read my poetry, I'm not stopping you, thought I give caution that most of it deals with typical teenage scrap, and what isn't, is full of pessimistic views on everything. Those are the moods I'm in when I write. Deal, or buzz off.

If you're looking for 'happy dancing fae's in the streaming sunlight' go somewhere else.
