Hehe, well what can I say about myself? Well let's see...well first of all I'm not a born poet...hehe there are still alot of words in the dictionary I have to learn...but other than that, I enjoy writing simple poems. I feel writing simple poems is the best because I can trully express myself and my own little words Afterall a poem is written straight from the heart right? I hope you all enjoy reading my contributions. 2 of my poems, "The Little Boy" and "The Eyes Of A Lonely Man" are works which I've posted on Poetry.com but for some apparent reason I can't login anymore to my a/c so I decided to come to this friendly-homely site to post my contributions
I wrote my first poem when I was 16. Before that I'd never written anything before, okay maybe for an english assignment probably. Anyway I accidentally slipped my poem into my chemistry exercise book and I had sent it for marking. Hehe when I got my book back and I found my poem had been edited for some minor spelling errors, but below it, I saw a "good work" remark, and I decided to hand that piece of work to my yearbook, which it did eventually get published. Like I said although it was not a real grand one, it was a small success for me Since then I've been writing poems when I'm in the mood, but most of them never did come out well because I had really sometimes nothing to write about (yeah I had a boring life I guess LOL) anyway let's hope I can contribute more over here
Well I guess this is all for now, take care and do drop me some IMs. Hehe I have to see how this IM function works
