I am a seventeen year old girl from a small town in Central Kentucky, and I've been writing poetry since I was about nine years old. My poetry styles are pretty varied. I write whenever the whim strikes me and I need to get something out in the open or describe something around me that has really hit me as inspirational. Sometimes it rhymes, sometimes it doesn't. Poetry, to me, is an expression of the self.
