  To all of you who read “LIBERALS!!!”…it is not a poem I was writing my main AP page and got side-tract and worked up over an issue that is of the utmost importance. I did not think before I typed and it showed. Generally I am very thorough in all fields of discussion and frankly I am embarrassed that those of you who took it seriously, did. However seeing your reactions I am now in a mildly depressed state, not because you crucified an obscenely green piece of work, but because you actually believe what you wrote.
  
  Here is what I meant by “LIBERALS!!!”
  
  Communism, socialism, liberalism, and various forms of wealth distribution are fundamentally watered down forms of Utopianism. None of them work for two reasons. The first reason: those who come to power will be perverted by it if they stay in power too long. No matter how noble, honest, trustworthy, or unselfish a leader is when he/she comes to ‘office‘, they will be corrupted if they are exposed to any form of power. The effects may be permanent, or they may not. An old saying goes, “Power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely.” The big three, communism, socialism, liberalism, all require a person, party, or group to have absolute power. > The second reason the big three will not work: debt is not a sickness, as some would believe. True it shares many traits with a virus or bacterial infection, but at the core meaning of their existence they are completely different. A sickness harms. Debt is a necessity that a working culture must have. An analogy for you: “What is light without dark?” Debt is something a person must experience in someway to even slightly understand, respect, and enjoy ‘wealth’, or just the absence of debt. Debt and poverty go hand in hand most of the time, the only difference between them is this; Debt is a state of owning something , poverty is a state of not having something, it is also a state of living. The big three want to kill poverty, a logical person would say “Good Luck.” If you have a man/woman that is $1,000,000 in debt that person is thinking that life for them is basically over. Now lets take the magical mystical liberal wand of social security and grant them relief of debt (because that is what redistribution of wealth is). The first thing that person is going to do : celebrate. Guess what? Now they’re in debt again. “Why? How?” you ask. Simple they have no respect for what got them in that position in the first place. “Well maybe he/she changed ?” Don’t be naive. If a person does not work for what they want they will not respect it nor will they respect themselves when they get it. A person who thinks that the world should just give them what they want is a slave to those who give to them. (A liberals main supporter.) Debt is not a sickness. A sickness can be treated, it can be cured. Debt cannot be cured. The magical liberal wand of social security is a powerful pain killer but if it is matched up against total debt it is not going to do a bit of good. When I refer to the magical liberal wand of social security I am referring to a social security system that would have access to all wealth in the private sector. Total debt far outweighs total wealth. Look at it this way: “What is one US dollar or one Euro divided by 3.2 billion?” Not a hole effing lot is it? The only way to destroy debt is to destroy money and the notion of money. That is never going to happen.
  “Why can’t it happen ?” Because we are human. Maybe you can change but can you force your neighbor to change? If you answer ‘Yes’ to this then by God I pity you and fear you. That ‘yes’ means taking away that person’s right to decide for him/herself, and it means you are a monster. NO that means you are the vilest form of evil, and I am not calling names , I am being deadly serious, to the point that my eyes mist. If you said ‘yes’ then you are no better than Hitler, the Nazis, the old communist regime of the USSR, or anyone who lacks a soul just like you do.
  The idealistic forms of communism, socialism, and liberalism would be great if they could work but they can’t. They are based on the notion that everyone is good and will put everyone else before themselves. Need any logical person say a thing about that notion. The big three fall under one thing: Utopianism -a utopia is a land that does not exist.
  If you believe in any of the big three, or believe in the tiniest shadow of them, then my hat is off to you. Because you display pure faith. Pure, blind, ignorant, undiluted faith. I only wish I could trust like that, but a little thing called reality stops me from doing so. I can’t wake you up, you have to do that for yourself. Another quote for you : “Enlightenment is not for those who need it, it is for those who want it.”
  
  
  I hope you read this through completely, because I want to make one thing painfully clear: I did not write this to call names, start fights, or to disprove anyone. I wrote it because I believe it with every fiber of my being, and that is never going to change. If you feel the same way about your beliefs, I would like to call you my friend. If you don’t want to fine I got plenty.
  
  For those of you who did not take “LIBERALS!!!” seriously…Good for you! I wrote it to be funny. And to see what would happen If I did write it.

  I think that if you can't spell Wigan Pier you don't deserve a house. Hey do you know the Spotted Cow in Oldham? Internet caffy in fucking Rochdale? Yes, but I bet it's an amusement arcade, where you lose all your money so you can't even afford to get the 427 home, even as far as fucking Grotton.

  I didn't call you harsh. If the thing doesen't go with the contest then write it somewhere else. This contest is living life wildly? I slept on a fire escape and have mud all over my coat would that seem wild to you?
  If not by what you write and what you do then how AM I to judge you? I have no ability to peer into your soul as yet.

  How am I stupid and harsh? Just because the thing at the beginning doesn't go with the contest? If you think I'm stupid or immature, I'm 15 years old! I'm not 34 like you. I live in California and I have a great time. I like to live life wildly, thats why I created that contest. I know it might be hard for someone to write a poem about a movie, but it's what I want. If you don't like it fine. I don't care. People like you who have no reason to judge someone by what they say or act make me want to throw up.
