I am a saved soul, redeemed by Christ from the consequences of my own arrogance, lust, and stupidity. I did not get what I deserve, I got mercy instead. From the depths of a spiritually, morally, and financially broken life I have been lifted up to have a family, a farm, and a ministry. I thank God that I did not get what I earned through my former life. I got what His mercy and forgiveness gave to me.
I understand pain because I have been both the cause and the recipient of pain.
I understand loss because I have both suffered loss and caused others to suffer loss at my hands.
I understand sorrow because I have both felt sorrow and caused other to feel sorrow because of my actions.
I understand forgiveness because I have been forgiven and have been taught to forgive.
I understand joy and live to share that joy with others.
I am not who I was, I am not who I made myself to be, that man is dead. I am a Resurrected heart, I am a new creation. Not by my own hands, but by His grace.
