"Talk to me for a moment, ask me who I am, where I came from and who, then what I truly believe and perhaps you will know me as you know yourself."

To write about myself... How extraordinarily complex. Should I start when I began life, or when I began living? A brief summary doesn't cut it. As I am inspired and changed from day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute, by fate, there is no way I can write an exact -about me.- I am not going to tell you who I am, who I think I am, and who others think I am. I want you to figure that out. Anyone can write an -about me.- Only you can figure out the real me, because you will make me who I am.
Me- I'm a deep thinking hopeless romantic who loves waking up in the middle of the night and going on the subway. Writing is the center of my life. I write for many reasons. Not only as a way of expressing my communication to the world, but also a way to get out of my head. Because when you think about it, all we really live in is our own minds. I write poetry, stories, prose, and I'm working on a novel right now called "The Crimson Portrait." I also love reading, as you may expect. Books give me inspiration for my own writing, as do many other aspects of life... I have an obsession with fairies. I draw, I dream, but so do so many other things. I dress up, I dance... I swing dance. I sing from time to time, too. I've been learning how to play piano. I love Canon by Pachelbel and Moonlight Sonata. Music is another passion of mine. I live most of my life by a soundtrack. I love collaging. I love love love over celebrating holidays. Meeting new people is a hobby of mine. I love to travel yet I never once have been out of the country. I love magic and mystery. I write on my skin. I write quotes all over me and draw on my knees. And from time to time, I draw a watch on my arm. I love card games, board games, love games. XD And two things that keep me alive: Cheesecake and Green Tea. I've worn tutus to school. And I enjoy talking in accents. And you should probably know that Edgar Allan Poe is my paramour. And... to be a pokemon master is probably my main goal in life.

I can find home anywhere, and one of my most important homes is USDAN center for the creative and performing arts. I hardly sleep. I sleep in such random and hidden hours that to anyone else it would seem like I never sleep. I'm very sure that my sleeplessness keeps me who I am, and I am afraid that if I do sleep normally, I will be altered. But it works for me, which is strange, but I digress. I always need to match, and I cannot wear a t-shirt without layering a tank top under it. I need to wear my necklaces and bracelets every day. I wear my heart locket, my mardi gras necklace, and my charm necklace with over 20 charms on it. I wear these all EVERY DAY. They get annoying sometimes, but I'm addicted to wearing them. I love splatter painting, especially on clothes. I always have to wear hair ornaments in my hair, it can't just be a hairband alone. I have to have a clip, or a pen, or a braid, or a ribbon, or even a flower. I like to look creative like that. Play doh, hairspray, band aids and purple nail polish... I am fascinated with hands. Hands are probably my favorite body part. I'm extremely floral, and though it's cliche, I love roses. And I do celebrate life. I do because of this terrible yet sensational event in my life. This event opened up the first chance for me to live. And anyone else living in my shoes could have killed themselves already, but I am me and not them. I must remember that The Best Is Yet To Come. That's something I quote often. Sinatra's words are better than mine.

My hopes are that one day your children's childen will be reading about me in a history book, or be looking at a blown up picture of my greatest work on the wall of Barnes And Noble. But that is the not now, and now is not now, because I wrote this before you are reading it now, or later, or before, depending on when you have decided to read this, or if you already knew what I was going to write.

I'm weird.

down the dim lit, fervid, fiery, citrus colored street
at the broken streetlamp, the mirror man is who you'll meet
running past the dead plants covered in the golden dew
i assure you, you will find him, though all that you'll see is you
he's quick, he's fierce, he's hidden, but he'll do just what you'll say
he's never there at night, only at dawn, before the day
