Hello, my name is Corbin, but I often go by the name Raven Blacktear online. I just graduated from high school and I'm planning on going to college in the fall as a physics major. I love music, poetry, reading, physics, chemistry, astronomy, and philosophy. When it comes to my philosophical/theological beliefs...I believe in God, but I believe that we will never know truly in this life what the answers are to ultimate question, which is, as Leibniz put it "Why is there something rather than nothing?" I'm a romantic and a metaphysical thinker, and I love the concept of escapism and fantasy. Some may call me crazy, others: "out there", but my question to you is to actually think about this question: "What is the true definition of the word 'is'?" In a universe possibly engulfed in a see of an infinite amount of other possible universes and in a universe where reality is relative to the observer of said reality, this makes one of the simplest words in the English languages seem so fickle.

Anyways, I hope you like my poetry, and I hope you comment on it.
