Slowly center on myself,
allowing summer winds
to clear painful humidity
and cloudiness of purpose.


The rock of my soul shaken
by the tremors of discontent.
Rush of angry human society
agitates stillness of my spirit.



Breathe...

exist in Her Silence.



My mountains await me,
to conjoin my soul to Mother Earth,
be reborn in Her Silence,
and return home to mine.

  • painful follow up...better
    Regimen of hydrogen peroxide rinse, then a 20 minute rinse with Sunflower oil (thank you Oma Heidi) twice a day has brought the pain to a tolerable level without the Daypro. Got a full 4 hours sleep last night...well this morning after 4AM. I was able to have my breakfast of buckwheat cakes and an omlette, (sorr
