Priestess2005Show poetry

My writings come from my emotions and from my life.  Incidents that happen..may move me to write.  I don't usually work at it..they just come to me and I jot things down on paper.  I have many such pieces of paper around..just never before had the nerve to share them.   I'm always on my soapbox about current issues and have no problems writing about that, my poems are personal and I'm not good at sharing that side of me sometimes.  My poems have always been a source of therapy to me..helping me to sort out my emotions and thoughts on matters..a release.  They revolve around my loves, my life, and those who are special to me.  I hope you enjoy them as I gather the courage to finally share them here.

I currently reside in GA.  My Wolf has returned from Iraq and life is good. I work out of my home as a Hosting/Web Design provider and am a political activist working on Freedom of Religion and retaining our freedoms and rights here in the US.

"Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but rather by those moments that take our breath away."

I share this space with Winterwolf....my warrior and soulmate...his poems are posted here as well...and duly marked.
