I have always written little rhyming things and played around with words and words games, but it was when a cyber friend died in a car accident that I really got into it. This friend was a poet you see and I didn't know that in the short time I knew him. I love experimenting with styles of poems; some I like, some I don't. It depends on what I have to say and the subject I am being poetic about. I write anything from depressive/lonely to erotic. I am not into writing much about 'things', like gardens, trees, scenery, people, and things like that, more moods and feelings.
I have been in a relationship for 33 years, rocky but... 2 sons, and a brand new grand daughter on January 3. Have a few sheep, chickens,7 cats and 2 dogs, couple of geese and a llama and live on the "Wet" (West) Coast of BC, Canada. Recently moved here from Alberta. I have just found this site, looking for something else, (isn't that always the way!) and decided to check it out. Hoping for some ideas for improvement on my work. Sally
PS. Being new here, I haven't the faintest idea of how things work! Gona be fun!

A flock of sheep that leisurely pass by,
One after one; the sound of rain, and bees -
A flock of sheep that leisurely pass by,
One after one; the sound of rain, and bees -
Glibbing a floot I went for a dobble,
Met a hox stilly in the town boggle.
