I mostly write either dark,sad, or angst poetry and most of the time they are like short poems although not too short. They're mostly short and to the point and meaningful I guess you would say . I think that poetry is very powerful, especially if it's read aloud, which is also to be known as spoken word, which I wish I can do even though it's just reading the poem itself I feel that spoken word has this vibe to it that makes the poem even better like the way it may be read maybe with emotion or even with some action to it or pauses between the poem.
