Good morning little bird
Was it your voice I heard
In the wee hours of the night
When my nightmares gave me a fright?
Good afternoon little one
Was it your eyes I saw
In the early hours of the morning sky
When my dreams made me fly?
Good evening little heart
Was it you that I touched
In the darkness of nightfall
When you started to call?
Good night little girl
Was it your kiss I felt
In the full moon’s light
When your heart shines so bright?

This is a superb one! So sweet with a soft touch of love. I liked it! Keep up the good work..........

Thank you for the tips. I'm not to well versed in the technicalities of writing but I enjoy expressing myself in rhyme :-)

well, I am not really sure what to say except one thing. Whatever inspired you to write a poem as good as this one, keep it. Don't let whatever or whomever inspired you to write get away. They ( it ) did a really good job. Well done!

The questions marks in this piece should be after the words, fright, fly, call and bright, as each whole stanza is a sentence.
Nice peom, good flow and rythm, ealisy read and with tender sentiments. I liked this very much. -
Good to see you're back again, Ultraman. Great poem. Shows a much more mature approach then your previous attempts (which were all still written at school, I think?). Carry on in this vein. There - have an applaud!
