the thin veneer of civilization
is torn, asundered
primal instinct takes hold
urges to hurt, to beat
barely contained
one word is all it takes
one word to break
tenuous bonds of control
releasing the angry beast

    This is very good...X marks the spot lol...Anger is a strange emotion because it does give us all this physical symptoms as it boils up to the surface, your first two lines lead the reader in with great excitement and isn't disappointed with what follows..
