I suffer - Is it true?

How could I escape suffering?

Before, after, during,
Suffering is.

In front, behind, above, below,
Suffering is.

In joy, sorrow and facts,
Suffering is.

In friend, enemy and beloved,
Suffering is.

Janaka says:

Look for the I who wants escaping,
You won't find it.

Being nothing,
You're everything.

Being something,
You're nothing.

Being,
You are That!

    Excellent Writing

I am, therefore I am. A tautology, but TRUE.

thank you, symphony, for your feedback. and thank you also for this opportunity to share on such a delicate topic. i wanted to point on the fact that suffering is here so long as the "i" is here. so no way to escape from it, except by the disappearance of the "i", the one who wants to escape...
