My poems are mostly dark. The way I portray the world around me.
Also if you actually took the time to look at my poetry, don't expect terrible "emo" music inspired poetry. I said it's dark, not terrible. I don't write suicidal, cutting, garbage. The garbage part is anyone's opinion but please enjoy.

Think for yourself
Question authority

Throughout human history, as our species has faced the frightening,
terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going in
this ocean of chaos, it has been the authorities, the political, the
religious, the educational authorities who attempted to comfort us by
giving us order, rules, regulations, informing, forming in our minds their
view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and
learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open-mindedness;
chaotic, confused, vulnerability to inform yourself.

Think for yourself.
Question authority.

I'm blushing...Favorite writer of AP.... . My day could not get any better if I wanted it to. And also welcome to " the elitists "...Here's some information ( I run this by most everyone ):

Welcome to the group " the elitists " and I hope you have fun. If there are any questions...Please feel free to ask me or slaughter. We will try our best to try an quickly answer any questions that you might have. If in the future , You wish to leave for any reason , Please inform one of us what those reasons might be. That way we don't by mistake add you back in while checking through the list , Etc.

I'm sure you will meet a lot of new and interesting people. Be sure to check out any of the group contests that might be going on at this moment or the reading section. To try and get to know more of the writers , Including myself. We also have had two " elitist " contests within the group already and are looking forward to the third one very shortly.

If you are interested in knowing more about the group , Please
    go here: allpoetry.com/poet/the%20elitists%20HQ

That is the headquarters , Where there is a list of people who donated to the point bank , People who have decided to help out with judging , Etc. If you are interested in donating points to the group for contests or being a contest judge , We will add your name to the list , Etc. Please send ALL point donations through the " help " option on allpoetry directly to that name address. Not to slaughter or I As we both might end up misplacing or getting confused where those points might have come from later on.

Good luck and skim through the threads. Those should be a little more helpful with what has been going on at the moment.

Oh and I almost forgot , We have one rule: NO GROUP IM'S ( Unless it is for holiday greetings , A contest ran just for the elitists members , Or if it is an emergency IM from I or slaughter ) Which don't happen unless the IM rule has been broken by someone. That's pretty much it for now.

Take care and glad to have a new edition ,
    James and kenny
