I love things that rhyme, where you can feel the texture of the words, and sense the pulse of a solid rhythm. I can also appreciate other kinds of writing, but in the poetry genre, I prefer things that ryhme.
I am very new at writing poetry, I mean REAL poetry. I've been making things rhyme since I can remember, mainly silly things. I still love to write limericks, which you will see a lot of as I do battle with my friend Wtchr. The more serious things take more time and thought. I don't know how some of you people here put out as much wonderful writing as you do. So, this is my new hobby, it keeps the brain from rotting.
My true occupation is as a classical piano instructor. I run a little studio out of my home, which I love doing. I have a serious interest in gourmet food -- cooking as well as eating. I also spend as much time as possible gardening.

Your face and smile reminds me about some famous actress. I will try to bring back her name to my memory.

I read your page and see that you are a classic pianist. Congratulations. I envy you. I tried to learn piano but failed twice. But I do love music. I love (classical) erudite music and now I am in love with piano. I’m hearing now (these last weeks) three CDs: one by Dinu Lipatti (Bach, Mozart, Schubert and Chopin waltzes), another by Glen Gould (Bach, The English Suites) and another by Nelson Freire (Schumann, Piano Works). We are from the same “time frame”, since I was born in 1946. A and a to you. Lelike
