~In the name of God, the Benevolent and the Merciful~


Hello Friends!! My name is Saba Sophiya Hasan, and the meaning of the three words together can be framed as “The Greeting of Wisdom and Beauty.” I must say I can feel the meaning of my name as being synonymous to the nature of my soul. For it does speak of my inborn zest to awaken the world in the dawn of that wisdom which must not be confined to knowledge alone, and of my intense desire to rejuvenate the world with the breeze of that beauty which must not be confined to charm alone. And with that thought in mind, I have authored a book that is dedicated to the transcendent purpose of enlightening the world with the spark of true wisdom and beauty. The book holds THE POWER TO CHANGE THE FACE OF EARTH, for it contains the precious gems of such mind-awakening thought-patterns, the radiance of which can transport the light of Paradise onto earth; for it contains the pristine seeds of such soul-inspiring values, the growth of which can transform the nature of human souls into angelic beings.

The title of the book is “BEYOND THOSE HORIZONS: an epic novelette.” For the world, it can only be a masterpiece, at best, even if it wins the Nobel Prize for Literature. But for me, it is truly a godsend! And will always stay that way, for only I am aware of the experience that led me to “pour” this one out onto paper. If this book remains unsung in the history of literature, I’ll be glad enough to doubt the so-called literary genius that seems to exist on the surface of this globe. There’s no exaggeration, but this one little book holds THE POWER TO CHANGE THE FACE OF EARTH. And I am stressing on those words again and again, for I WAS TOLD SO IN A VOICE THAT MYSTICALLY SOUNDED LIKE SOME KIND OF REVELATION FROM THE STARRY SKY ABOVE, while my eyes rested in sleep and my mind stayed awake in such an incredibly serene dreamland, that it gives me shiver to recall it back.

On this positive note, I must confess I am a positive thinker, dreamer and believer. I think of spring in autumn; I dream of morning in the darkness of the night; and I do believe in prayers, not in omens, for a prayer is something more than just powerful enough to eradicate an omen, be it the onset of autumn or the darkness of the night. My basic source of strength is my faith in the Almighty that inspires every breath of mine to pray. It makes me live as a believer, and I revel in being one. For a believer neither loses faith, nor falls into despair, and this is the mark of right path. I am grateful to God for having shown me the way, and for the countless gracious gems of His Bounties and His Blessings He has sprinkled before me, as I walk as a believer. And as I walk, I pray to God for the strength to remain on the blessed path, and to be guided away from peril, from this moment on, and ever after, beyond the reach of time.
