I enjoy writing and try not to force it. Most of the time ideas just kind of pop into my head, which is why I'm so glad I have a pocket composition. Seriously, if you don't have one and you're afraid to lose ideas, invest in one. I mean, it's only like, a dollar. What else are you going to use it for? Burger? Soda? No, pocket composition. Definitely.
My music taste is really sporadic. I'm mainly listening to Indie, but I do enjoy alternative, emo, rock, progressive, etc. I really don't do rap or death metal. You know, some of the lyrics are really awesome. I just can't get past them screaming it into my ears.
