Palida MorsShow poetry

My poetry varies depending on my emotional makeup at the time, and what sort of thoughts run through my head. My poems tend to be pessimistic or realistic. By no means am I an optimist and my writing reflects that, I believe.

Myself... I am pleasant enough when I choose to be. Of the many facets of my personality there are few that I would choose to subject people to. I do my best not to try and force others to live as I do, nor detest them for not doing so, I simply offer to share my sympathies for those who need someone to lean on. I want to help people however I can. But I won't let them get close enough to know that I need help. I'm a bad person, but most choose not to believe me when I reveal this. As of late I've been trying to change myself and direct my thoughts in a positive direction. So naturally, I've been very negative.

I love music, and pathetically trying to play the guitar. And I hold an appreciation for the beautiful things in life. I love to laugh, though very rarely does it happen. But when it does, I'm lucky that I don't end up in an asylum.
