I've been writing poetry every since I was a just an average teenage boy in middle school, way back in the early 1980's. Other than my Mom, poetry, art, music, and spirituality are probably the four most magically blessed and influential things in my young formative years that helped saved me from the perils of; drugs, alcohol, gang violence, and even suicide on many occasions growing up and as a young adult...
My Dad was a military man whom worked a lot and was gone "TDY" quite often, or on short service tours when I was a kid up until I was almost a teenager. I spent plenty of my time with my Mother while I was; inquisitive, but mostly shy of strangers as a growing adolescent. She was my Heroine and often the wind beneath my wings, while my Dad was mostly not around. Mom is gone now God rest her blessed soul. All I have left is my Dad and he is getting on up there in years now...
I am an intellectual, a battle hardened survivor most of all, and perhaps, by some stereotypical accounts a modern day misanthrope. Often, I suffer from a strong anxiety & candid distaste for stupid people and idiot crowd syndrome or (ICS). Although, I have always wanted to be part of and often dreamt of; fitting in, being popular, or belonging to a; brotherhood, group, association, and human society in general...
Abilities & Hobbies: Musician that plays; guitar, some keyboard, DJ’s, and sings. I write; poetry, songs, lyrics, & short stories. I fish & hunt occasionally, nature hike, amateur photographer & ghost hunter, skin diver, gem miner-collector, motorcyclist, & amateur historian…
Likes: Beach combing, nature & moonlit walks, treasure hunting. History, Music, Art, Science, & Literature, swords, daggers, & knives, guns, computers, & video gaming. "Real People” with interesting, individual, beautiful-minds, innocence, honesty, integrity, loyalty, trust, dependability, moderation, temperance, and faithfulness…
Dislikes: Arrogance, prejudice, condescension, ignorance, narrow; one-track minds, deception, hubris, spite, envy, greed, lust, jealousy, & slothfulness. No one is totally immune to these habitual character flaws, but that does not mean that we can stop striving to rise above “the fallen flesh” of our sinful human nature…

NOTE; Contrary to some popular beliefs, envy and jealousy are not the same exact emotions. Rather, they are different emotionally charged negative forms of “bitterness”, at different ends of the spectrum.
The key difference is that Jealousy is directly specifically, and Envy tends to be broader in fashion and more over of a covetous nature, but both left unchecked will eventually poison a person’s inner core and “good will” towards mankind directly or in general…
Ex. 1: She's mine and you can't have her or you have got her now and don't deserve her, but I shall have her soon...
Ex. 2: Dammit! My neighbor Joey Jones has got; a better job, a bigger house, a hotter wife, a cooler dog, and a brand new Lexus setting in his 3 car garage right next to his Harley, now! Why can't I have it all too!? That Joey's such a pompous ass, and he's always trying to show the rest of us good folks up!...
